This non-technical course is aimed at entrepreneurs and others seeking to harness digital to promote their business or social enterprise, and traditional marketeers who wish to learn more about digital. We will cover how to formulate digital campaigns including planning websites, user-centred design, content strategy and analytics. Social media, email marketing and SEO will also be covered. You are welcome to bring your own laptop or tablet to sessions, but this is not essential.
